Needham Channel coverage of the Planning Board meeting held on April 2, 2024.

It was Planning Board member Jeanne McKnight's final meeting, and it was one to remember. Two extensive public hearings were held. The first dealt with a possible change to how the town calculates it's Floor/Area Ratio, which proponents hope would affect the size of future houses in town.
