Needham Channel Coverage of the Zoning Board of Appeals on February 19, 2026.

During the meeting there were two items on the agenda. The Zoning Board had to discuss whether or not they had jurisdiction to hear the appeal to the building inspector's decision on a Falcon Street property. In the second item on the agenda, the Board came to a decision on proposed development for East Militia Heights Drive.
