Hoping to facilitate a unified reconstruction of the Highland Avenue streetscape, the town is attempting to partner with the state to redesign and rebuild Highland Avenue. In this first public forum, they examine the process and solicit feedback on what Needham residents are looking for in one of the two main thoroughfares of the town.
