It was a rare Monday morning meeting for the Needham School Committee as they gathered at the Emery Grover School Administration and Operations Building. On the docket was discussion of the Pollard design timeline, but extra attention was also given to the surplus money from this year's budget and its potential uses if it were to be earmarked by the town.
