At their August meeting, the board approved all three applications on the agenda. One notable success was the agreement reached between neighbors and a developer on a site plan for a property on Brookline Street, satisfying both parties' needs despite initial challenges. In addition, Needham’s dog lovers will be excited to learn that a popular Newton-based dog daycare has been approved to open in the Mixed-Use 128 District.
