A special panel reviewing Affordable Housing initiatives kicks off work in advance of the 2024 Annual Town Meeting.

A lot of work is being done in Needham to prepare for the MBTA Communities Act requiring affordable housing in communities served by the MBTA. A new group kicks off work so that Needham can submit the required plan in 2024.
