We appreciate your time and are interested in hearing your questions and thoughts. Before you begin, please state your name and the particular agenda item or topic to which you’d like to speak. After you have finished, the Board may ask clarifying questions and the Superintendent or Board Chair may of er helpful resources about your topic, but the Board will not discuss any topics other than those listed on the published agenda. If there is an issue that the Board should act on that is not on the published agenda, the Superintendent may be directed to bring it to the Board for future discussion through the agenda planning process. In order to permit fair and orderly expression of comment, speaking time may be limited per individual due to the volume of speakers (but no less than two minutes per individual). The Board Chair may rule any speaker out of order for inappropriate statements.
