I. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance 6:00 PM II. Review and Approve Agenda . III. Review and Approve Minutes a) March 25, 2024 Selectboard Meeting IV. Open Public Comment V. Discussion and Action Items: a) Review Bills/Expenditures and Sign Selectboard Orders b) Received additional $100,000 Grant for the South Street Sidewalk, if budget exceeds initial costs. 20% match needed. c) Dissolve all committees that no longer have agenda items, they have served the need and issues were resolved. d) Appoint 5 members to the Beaver Pond Committee (next meeting is 4/16 at 6pm) e) Dump Day May 4, 2024 – looked back at least years and 2nd load was $20 we should maintain the same fee, also have requested 3 dumpsters from Casella. f) 2651 West Street – Emailed Alderson as follow-up to see if he made the visit on 3/29. g) Green Up Day, bags may be picked up at Library and Town Office. Once filled bags should be left near edge of the roadway for pickup. VI. Board of Water Commissioners a) Public Works has been searching for curb stops on properties I listed as potential shutoffs this month. b) Rewrite Water/Sewer Rate Sheet by July 1, 2024. Create a committee or involve entire Board of Water/Sewer Commissioners. c) Other business VII.
