Miscellaneous Motions, Resolutions, New Business City Attorney Gustafson (Executive Session): Three MOUs of the DPW Collective Bargaining Agreement "Move that the Board enter executive session under 1 V.S.A. § 313(a)(1)(B) to discuss three proposed collective bargaining memoranda of understanding with AFSCME Local 1201, as well as current negotiations with Fraternal order of Police Lodge 410, having found that premature general public knowledge of the proposed terms could place the City at a substantial disadvantage. I request that the Chair designates the following persons as necessary to the executive session: the Commissioner of Public Works, Chief of Police Prouty, Deputy Chief Charles Whitehead and Sergeant Eric Morgano, whose information is needed; and the City Attorney, as legal counsel and Chief Union Negotiator.
