Case# SUP26_001A: Special Use Permit for Farmington Ridge Limited Partnership, Tax Map 47, Lot 41- 1. A Special Use Permit is required for 9,020 square feet of disturbance related to the development of the site within 100’ feet of a waterbody and within the Waterfront Protection Overlay District. The project is located on Grandview Lane and is within the Suburban and Rural Residential Zoning Districts. b. Case# SUP26_001B: Special Use Permit for Farmington Ridge Limited Partnership, Tax Map 47, Lot 41- 1. A Special Use Permit is required for 85,845 square feet of disturbance related to development of the site within the wetland buffer and within the Wetlands Conservation Overlay District. The project is located on Grandview Lane and is within the Suburban and Rural Residential Zoning Districts. c. Case# SUP26_002: Special Use Permit for the Farmington Cemetery Association, Tax Map U7, Lot 15. A Special Use Permit is required for disturbance related to the construction of a new section of an existing access road within the wetland buffer and within the Wetlands Conservation Overlay District.
