Public Hearing and Possible Vote on a Minor Site Plan Application for 510 Main Street, LLC, Tax Map U-5, Lot 184. The proposal is to renovate the existing building, including altering the layout of the interior to provide a total of nine residential units, as well as new siding and other exterior accessibility improvements such as third floor dormers, a new porch, and stairs. The parcel is in the Village Center District. B. Public Hearing for a Design Review for Lilac State Solar Project (formerly Nutes Solar), Tax Map(s) R17-33, R17-55, R17-57, R17-68, R18-3, R18-5, and R18-10. The proposal is for a 20megawatt, alternating current ground mounted solar project and includes single axis tracker solar arrays mounted on steel posts, access drives, equipment pads, and an ancillary equipment. The proposed project is primarily sited on actively managed timberlands near the Town’s northeastern boundary with Milton. The primary access road will be off Chestnut Hill Road with a secondary / emergency access along an existing entrance off Dodge Cross Road.
