Public Hearing and Possible Vote on a Boundary Line Adjustment between Dororthy A Bean Revocable Trust and Olstad Ancestral Grantor Trust, Tax Map R21 Lot 14 and Tax Map R21 Lot 15. The applicants are proposing a boundary line adjustment, which includes the transfer of a total of 0.72 acres and 104.79’ feet of road frontage along Meetinghouse Hill Road from Tax Map R21 Lot 15 to Lot R21 Lot 14. Both properties are in the Agricultural Residential Zoning District. B. Public Hearing and Possible Vote on a Minor Subdivision by the Dorothy A Bean Revocable Trust, Tax Map R21 Lot 15. The applicant is proposing to create two lots from the existing 223.3 acres resulting in lots of 5.15 acres and 218.15 acres. The parcel is located in the Agricultural Zoning District. C. Public Hearing and Possible Vote on a Minor Subdivision by the Dorothy A Bean Revocable Trust, Tax Map R21 Lot 005. The applicant is proposing to create two lots from the existing 110.36 acres resulting in lots of 10.61 acres and 99.75 acres with road frontage on Meetinghouse Hill Road.
