Discussion on potential zoning amendments. 5. New Business (Items A & B will be heard together) A. Public Hearing and Possible Vote on a Site Plan for DFR Farmington LLC, Tax Map R20, Lot 1-1. The applicant is to construct a propane storage and distribution facility on the parcel. The proposal is to install two above ground propane storage tanks and construct a gravel driveway, parking area and utility shed. Space for two additional tanks slated for future expansion has been included within the site design. The property is in the Commercial Business District. B. Public Hearing and Possible Vote on a Conditional Use Permit for DFR Farmington LLC, Tax Map R20, Lot 1-1. The proposal will render the lot with more than 15% impervious coverage within the Groundwater Protection Overlay District. The proposed site development will result in approximately 0.46 acres or 19.5% of the overall parcel. To account for the impervious surfaces and redevelopment of the parcel, a comprehensive stormwater management system has been designed. 6. Member Comments 7. Any Other Business Before the Board 8.
