Review of Minutes. a. July 9, 2026 5. New Business. a. Grandview Lane Development – Review of NHDES Wetlands Permit Application b. Wayne Campbell’s Forestry Statutory Permit -by Notification (RSA 482-A) NHDES File Number 2026-01946. Project Location: Farmington, Tax Map # R57, Lot # 2-3. c. Case# SUP26_003: Special Use Permit for Ryan Heath, Tax Map U4, Lot 1. A Special Use Permit will be required for impacts within the 50’ wetland buffer, referenced in Section 4.02 Wetlands Conservation Overlay District, for the construction of three single-family residential homes. There are no proposed direct wetland impacts. The project is located on 46 Spring Street and in the Suburban Residential District. d. Case# SUP26_004: Special Use Permit for Ryan Heath, Tax Map U4, Lot 1. A Special Use Permit will be required for impacts within the 100’ limited development zone, referenced in Section 4.03 Waterfront Protection Overlay District, in for the construction of three singlefamily residential homes. There are no proposed direct wetland impacts. The project is located on 46 Spring Street and in the Suburban Residential District. e. Case# SUP26_005: Special Use Permit for Field of Dreams at Post Road, LLC, Tax Map R16, Lot 6. A Special Use Permit will be required for 1,861 square feet of impacts within the 50’ wetland buffer, referenced in Section 4.02 Wetlands Conservation Overlay District, for the construction of access driveways to the proposed lots. The project is located on the corner of Chestnut Hill Road and Dodge Cross Road and is within the Rural Residential District f. Case# SUP26_006: Special Use Permit for Apex Land Solutions, LLC, Tax Map R14, Lot 22. A Special Use Permit will be required for impacts within the 50’ wetland buffer, referenced in Section 4.02 Wetlands Conservation Overlay District, for the construction of a proposed roadway and water line. The project is located off Route 11 and is within both the Commercial Business and Agricultural Residential Districts. 6. Old Business. a. Status of hiring a town forester/person to improve the boundary marking of the Dubois & French Conservation properties. Hired Observe and Explore LLC – Jocelyn Duffy, to refresh boundary tree paint markings. She expects to start in September 2026. Member Comments. b. Filled in around rock protruding in the entrance to the French Conservation property parking lot making entrance passable for small cars. This clears another NH Fish and Wildlife deficiency on this property. c. Farmington Hay Day, Saturday August 8, 2026, update. 7. Upcoming Dates a. Next ConCom meeting – Thu 9/10/2026 b.
