A Special Use Permit will be required for impacts within the 50’ wetland buffer for the construction of ground mounted photovoltaic solar panels. There are no proposed direct wetland impacts. The project is located on Cocheco Road and in the Mixed-Use East District. C. Case# SRA26_001: Public Hearing and Possible Vote on a Site Plan Application for Cardinal Landfill Solar, LLC, Tax Map R19, Lot(s) 12 & 12-1. The proposal is for a 3-megawatt AC ground mounted photovoltaic solar array across two parcels making up the former Cardinal Landfill property. The project is located on Cocheco Road and in the Mixed-Use East District. D. Case# DR26_001: Public Meeting for a Design Review for Thomas E. Huckins Trust, Michelle P. Huckins Trust, Tax Map R15, Lot 14. The applicant is proposing to expand an existing excavation area to excavate approximately 280,000 cubic yards of material from a 78.63-acre parcel. The proposed project is located off Huckins Lane and within the Rural Residential Zoning District. E. Case# SUB26_002: Public Hearing and Possible Vote on a Subdivision Application for John Wingate, Tax Map R53, Lot 24. The applicant is proposing to subdivide the existing 51.36-acre parcel into two lots. The proposed project is located on Meaderboro Road and is within the Agricultural Residential Zoning District. 6.
