Workshop Item: Amendments to various sections of Chapter 701 to incorporate the state law mandates for density and dimensional standards for residential zoning districts, Requested by the Yarmouth Department of Planning & Development. The Yarmouth Department of Planning & Development will present a draft of potential amendments that cover the definitions and density and dimensional standards that meet the requirements of state law for residential zoning districts. Formal amendments will be submitted in the future following early consultation with the Board. Public comment will be received.
