To hear the reports of the Council Chair, committees, delegates, liaisons, and the Town Manager.
To receive a report and recommendation of the Ped/Bike Committee on a draft Active Transportation Plan, and to schedule action thereon.
To consider the request of residents of Bowmore and Limerick Street (McKEarney Village) regarding maintenance/ownership of a pedestrian bridge.
To consider an amendment to Chapter 401 of the Yarmouth Town Code (Fees and Permits Ordinance) regarding Resident Commercial Bushel Licenses under the Shellfish Conservation Ordinance.
To consider amendments to Chapter 305 of the Yarmouth Town Code (Shellfish Conservation Ordinance) for various amendments as required by the Maine Department of Marine Resources.
To consider an updated report of the Greater Portland Council of Governments regarding a review of options for a revised Sewer Fee structure.
