Venezia Square – Public hearing for the Site Plan Application entitled Venezia Square which seeks approval to construct a commercial center consisting of 27,000 sq. ft of retail space within two (2) 10,000 sq. ft. buildings and one (1) 7,000 sq. ft. building; One (1) 4,000 sq. ft. bank with drive-through; and one (1) 6,000 sq. ft. building including one (1) 3,000 sq. ft. 76 seat restaurant and two (2) 1.500 sq. ft. 1,500 sq. ft. takeout restaurants with 16 seats each within a 6.342-acre project area located at 6435 NY-25A, on the south side of NY-25A approximately 789.64 feet west of the NY-25A / Wading River Manor Road intersection and located within the Business CR (Rural Neighborhood Business) Zoning Use district more particularly identified as SCTM Nos. 600-73-1-1.4; 1.16, 1.17, 1.18 & 1.19. Main Street redevelopment, which seeks to redevelop an existing commercial site, including the proposed construction of two new buildings, one being a three-story, 110,400 sq. ft. self-storage building, the other being a one-story 33,040 sq. ft. wholesale business with basement, along with related improvements including parking, paving, drainage, access, and landscaping.
