Wisbauer Residence Chapter 219 Amendment – Discussion of an amendment to a Chapter 219 Coastal Erosion Permit which received approval (by Resolution No. 2024-089 dated November 21, 2024) to reconstruct an existing seasonal dwelling on an existing foundation and add a 442 sq. ft. second story addition, and replace decking, railings and select framing on the existing attached rear deck, on a .168acre parcel of land located at 32 Beach Hill Drive in Woodcliff Park, Calverton, within the Residence A40 (RA-40) zoning use district, more particularly identified as SCTM No. 600-40.2-1-17.1. The amendment proposes to install a helical pile foundation system within the existing foundation footprint.
