Cox Place of Worship – Public hearing for a site plan application site plan application entitled Cox Place of Worship which seeks approval to convert an existing single-family dwelling into a place of worship and add a 3,600-plot church yard, along with site improvements including a one-way access road, parking and paving, a new sanitary system, on-site drainage, lighting, landscaping, and an ADA-complaint path and ramp on a 216,991 sq. ft. (4.98-acre) improved parcel, located at 5284 Route 25A in Wading River, within the Residence B-80 (RB-80) zoning use district, more particularly identified as SCTM No. 600-76-2-4. Riverhead Mazda – Discussion of the Site Plan Application entitled Riverhead Mazda, which proposes to construct a 21,914 sq. ft. gross floor area car dealership with service area, including off street parking, landscaping, on-site drainage and other related site improvements within an approximately 10.59 Acre property currently improved with two buildings dedicated to automobile sales and with vehicle storage in the rear of the property, within the Business Center (BC) Zoning Use District, situate at 1423 Old Country Road, Riverhead, more particularly identified as SCTM Nos. 600-108-2-3.3 & 17.1. Resolution No. 2025-028 Lizem Associates, LLC Minor Subdivision – Resolution granting approval for a two-lot minor subdivision application seeking to subdivide an existing, vacant, 111.38-acre parcel of land located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Middle Country Road and Fresh Pond Avenue in Calverton, with the subject parcel being located in both the Rural Corridor (RLC) and Agricultural Protection (APZ) zoning use district, and more particularly described as SCTM No. 600-98-1-1.1.
