AGENDA Thursday, September 5, 2024 PUBLIC NOTICE TOWN OF RIVERHEAD PLANNING BOARD NOTICE is hereby given that the Thursday, September 5, 2024 6:00 PM scheduled Planning Board meeting will be held at Riverhead Town Hall, 4 West Second Street, Riverhead, NY. All may listen to the meeting live by tuning into local channel 22. The meeting agenda will be posted online. The Planning Board may add or remove applications from the agenda upon its discretion, without further notice. The order in which applications appear on the agenda may be changed at the discretion by the Planning Board. Atrium Café Site Plan – Public hearing for a site plan application seeking approval to construct 2,382 sq. ft. restaurant, along with site improvements including parking and paving, on-site drainage, a sanitary system, site lighting, and landscaping, on parcel of land located at 206 Edgar Avenue, Aquebogue, within the Hamlet Center (HC) zoning use district, more particularly described as SCTM No. 600-85-3-79.1. QDOBA Drive-Thru Restaurant Conversion – Public hearing for a site plan application seeking approval to convert an existing 4,268 sq. ft. restaurant into two separate tenancies for a QDOBA drivethrough restaurant and an unspecified sit-down restaurant, and construct 215 and 107 sq. ft. additions for cooler boxes, along with site improvements including façade renovations, parking lot and paving improvements, site lighting, and landscaping.
