Prisco’s Calverton Acres – Discussion of a Minor Subdivision Application entitled Prisco’s Calverton Acres which seeks approval to subdivide a 2.0637-acre parcel into two (2) lots where proposed Lot 1 is to contain 44,948 sq. ft. and is to contain an existing one (1) story deli and one (1) existing mobile home with accessory structures, and where proposed Lot 2, a flag lot, is to contain 44,948 sq. ft, and contains existing nursery stock, located within the Rural Corridor (RLC) Zoning Use District, situate at 3674 Middle Country Road, Hamlet of Calverton, more particularly identified as SCTM No. 600-99-2-12.
