AGENDA PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE PUBLIC HEARINGS None DISCUSSION ITEMS 1. 1175 West Main Street LLC Site Plan — Discussion of an administrative site plan application seeking approval to perform site modifications including parking lot striping, repair and paving, landscaping, lighting and to legalize façade work on an existing building (no change in square footage) on a .98-acre parcel of land, improved with a 5,619 sq. ft. building, situate at 1175 West Main Street, Riverhead, within the Riverfront Corridor (RFC) zoning use district, more particularly described as SCTM No. 600-125-2-25.2. Calverton Industrial Subdivision (a/k/a OSTAD) Major Subdivision — Discussion of a SEQR Findings Statement for a proposed major industrial subdivision of approximately 131 acres of land located within the Calverton Industrial (CI) zoning use district. The project site is located at 3511 Middle Country Road, Calverton, NY, and involves parcels more particularly described as SCTM Nos. 600-117-2-11 & 13. The proposed subdivision would create a new industrial roadway, three building lots totaling approximately 89.1 acres, a stormwater management area, an on-site Sewage Treatment Plant parcel, and approximately 20 acres of preserved wooded open space.
