Pulaski Street Storage (BESS) — Discussion of a Site Plan Application entitled Pulaski Street Storage, which proposes to construct an approximately 5.0 MW / 20 Mwh Tier II battery energy storage system (BESS), with related site improvements within a 1.03-acre vacant property, located within the Light Industrial (LI) Zoning Use District, situate at 1281 Pulaski Street, Hamlet of Riverhead, more particularly identified as SCTM No. 600-121-1-10 (Matt Charters) 2. 2 Bluffs Drive Minor Subdivision — Updated discussion on a minor subdivision application proposing to subdivide a vacant 3.5828-acre parcel into three lots, with Lot 1 having an area of 52.312 sq. ft., Lot 2 having an area of 45,323 sq. ft., and Lot 3 having an area of 56,254 sq. ft., with all lots having road frontage and sharing access via a common driveway, located at 2 Bluffs Drive, Calverton, within the Residence A-40 (RA-40) Zoning Use District, more particularly described as SCTM No. 600-35-5-5.19.
