After swearing in newly appointed Board member Carol McGlinn the Board of Trustees presented students from Prairie Ridge Elementary, Hillside and Linden Grove Middle Schools for outstanding achievements and approved a purchase recommendation in the amount of $255,158 for district wide custodial equipment and $4.8 million for 2022 Architectural Bond projects. The bond provides for maintenance and safety measures in community schools. Superintendent Slade reported on the School of Choice process and the city-wide road projects that may delay bus and school travel.
