A group of Latino-Carribean entrepreneurs has landed in Kalamazoo to work in different companies. We get an inside perspective of their work and personal lives in Kalamazoo. In the First installment of a new reality documentary series, Guille Sainz of the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) interviews other members of YLAI and hears their stories as they enter their stint as contributors to various workforces here in Kalamazoo.
