The Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) is the Department of State's primary program aimed at promoting comprehensive economic prosperity in the Western Hemisphere. During the summer, Natalia Higuera collaborated with Daniela Matta, a producer at Public Media Network (PMN), to create an inspiring documentary. Their joint efforts were dedicated to highlighting the experiences of El Concilio's staff and the significant contributions they make to both the Latino community and the city of Kalamazoo.
