Theatre Arts Director for Walsh Middle School, Sheron Doucette, was recently nominated for the Excellence in Theatre Education Award—an honor that’s sponsored by Carnegie Mellon University and that’s presented annually by the Tony Awards. We spoke with Sheron and one of their students, along with Walsh’s principal Patrick Johnson, to find out what this work means for the school community.
