Framingham High School’s Spring into the Arts festival was held earlier this month. The event featured a poetry slam of student poems. The winner: a group called “Silence of the Yams," produced a piece referencing the school’s new e-hall pass system—which has, apparently, been a problem for some students. Groups Brown Eyed Girls and Fifth Harmony took second and third respectively.
