Last month, the operators of the Framingham Baking Company on Waverly Street announced that after over 100 years, the local establishment will be closing its doors for good by March’s end. Generations of folks in the community have enjoyed the family-owned business’s fresh pizza, among its many other offerings. Since that announcement in February, people from near and far have lined up to get their last pieces of the pie and to say goodbye to a staple of Framingham’s food scene.
