Gallery Spotlight : Minghuang Zhang: 2014-12

Malden-based artist Minghuang Zhang hails from China where he painted a 300 square meter mural at the Sri Lankan pavillion for the Shanghai World Expo in 2010. Zhang was trained by the protege of a master brush painter in China. After coming to America, Zhang decided to paint in a western style using Eastern elements. The influence of both styles of painting are evident in his artwork.
